Since Crew has brought a lot of vegetables and some meat from home, she decided to cook dinner this evening. Chicken thighs had been defrosted yesterday, so a version of a Thai curry was in order - we also have Pak Choi......so, makes sense! Also the German restaurants are not up to much really, to say the least, so eating at home is a better option.
Henk came over around six o’clock for an apero and joined us for dinner.
A bit of TV and bed.
